Less than 2000mg/day has been shown to be ineffective.

I do 3-610mg 2xs/day. It has definitely increased

Fenugreek will lower your blood sugar. So if you have a diabetic history or PCOS or other insulin/blood sugar sensitivities... you will DEF want to chat with your dr before you start a regime.

I have PCOS and we decided for the 4 months I will take it... it won't hurt me other than gained weight and I will work hard to drop it between his birthday and when we want to TTC again.
