Re: How can I cut this? Would you?

My DS has had 5-6 haircuts in his short life. The first was when he was only 3 months old (but his hair was in his eyes ). Each time I cut it I mourn the loss of his long hair, but within a day or two the new haircut really "grows" on me. Afterwards I'm always SO happy that I went through with the haircut. Truthfully your DS will look just as cute with short hair. I voted to cut it short.

I'd trim it up just a tad. Nothing wrong with boys/men having long hair.

Leave it!!!!

Our 25 month old son has even longer hair. Such cute baby curls. We only cut his bangs twice. My husband wants to cut it because he is getting tired of the "she is so cute" comments, but I love our son's hair and will not cut it anytime soon.

I like short hair on boys, but at the end of the day he is your son and no one else's. Do what your gut says is right. If you think you are going to regret it, then don't do it. My DS hated his first haircut, so it's going to be a really long time before he gets it trimmed again, and by then it will probably be as long as your DS's.

Oh how gorgeous! I wish DD had hair like that!

I wouldn't cut it, at least not outside of a trim to maintain its health. Nothing wrong with little boys with long hair.

Aw I love it! I would leave it. When Ethan was about 18 months old he had cool Jedi hair. I went out to get my hair cut, came back, and DH had given him a bowl cut!

Ok, I'm not going to cut it short. I just can't do that yet, I like his hair too much.
