Just trim it a little. Abram hair gets like that, and I can't just stand the thought of cutting it short. We just trim it a bit. It's short enough that he's not mistaken for a girl, but it's so cute.

I'd say it depends on how strongly your dh feels. You're not the only parent, so I'd take his feelings into consideration too.... If it were just me, *I* would cut a boy's hair.

Leave it...It is so beautiful.

We have never cut Adrock's hair and he will be 5 in March. Like a pp, we are leaving the decision up to him.

(and this was almost a year ago)

I voted to cut it short, but what I mean is "shorter"- more than a trim, but doesn't have to be shaved or anything.

My oldest have long hair (he's 13) and it dries me nuts the way he flicks his head about.. LOL
The baby (1) has curls around the edges of his hair and I have yet to cut it.. Then again, I can see his eyes..

i know you already made your decision, but I'm going to jump in anyway, well, cause i agree with you.

My 2 yr old has long hair and i think it is way cute. He is ALWAYS getting mistaken for a girl, even in super boy clothes, oh well. We say thank you and move on.
