Help me test my cookie recipe!

I am designing an allergen-free cookie recipe for DD1, and I need people to test it out for me/make suggestions! Please?

2 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 2 squares baking chocolate finely chopped, 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/3 cup milk or water (we use goat's milk)

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and chocolate. In seperate bowl mix sugar and oil. Add milk and vanilla to sugar mixture. Make a well in the dry ingredients, pour in the wet ingredients, and mix. Bake 10-15 min at 350*

Keep in mind that because there is no butter in these, they will stay very white! I am going for more of a dark chocolate taste in these (the child will eat baking chocolate straight!), if you don't like dark chocolate feel free to substitute semisweet chocolate chips.

Thanks! Let me know how they turn out!!!

Re: Help me test my cookie recipe!

I would try them, but we aren't dark chocolate fans. I can't do semisweet chocolate chips bc my dd is allergic to milk. Sorry, mama! I hope someone tries them for you soon! Have you tried them? Do you like them? I have never created a recipe before...good job!

Re: Help me test my cookie recipe!

I can make these today if you want me to but I need to know how many chocolate chips I need to use instead of 2 squares baking chocolate finely chopped.
