Morning all (well I've been up for awhile my youngest thought 5:30 was a GREAT time to wake up).

We are off to go play for a bit this morning/afternoon. When I get back I should have some pictures ready for you all. I finished the Blooming longies (well all but stringing the drawstring that is done but I wait until they are dry to do that) about an hour ago and they are soaking right now

and the WIP targhee scrappy shorties. You know, I didn't like to work with targhee before these. I am starting to feel the love more now.

Btw ladies, I have decided to frog the beginning of the gusset on my shorties b/c I don't like the way the garter stitch looks there. I think I'm going to try to wing the gusset so that it has the same number of rows the pattern calls for, but in stockinette.

When you do your garter, do you you do anything differently from the rest of the row, besides increasing into the garter area? Do you increase on every row or every other?
