Can you not do a belt install? I thought you could only use the tethers up to a certain weight anyways?

I don't know- my Nissan NV has only 3 lower anchors.

I'm 90% sure that you can't put in lower anchors. I think you can only put in the rear anchors after market

Re: Mamas who drive passenger vans..

Mine is a 07 E350, but there are tethers in 8 rear seats and the front pass seat. Latch is only in two though. The seat belts install very easy (though front to back room for RFing is a HUGE PAIN) and you don't have to worry about the weight limit. I have installed several seats in our van with the seat belt with NO MOVEMENT WHAT SO EVER.

Mine is a 2000, so no LATCH. I just use the seatbelt and top tether.

Re: Mamas who drive passenger vans..

I have a 2011 e 350. I install with just belts and their rock solid. It's a great van. So many top tethers, like 10 I think. So you can put your FFing harness seats in so many places. I have no trouble with RFing seats. I have had them on every bench.
