No spam here; just info!

Actually, when I first heard of playsilks, I said , "HUH, What IS IT???" So basically it's just a large piece of silk that serves as an imaginitive, open-ended toy for little ones.

A few things my son has called his playsilk... a snake, a blankie for his bunny, a cape, a snuggly, a hat, whatever. It's just silky-soft and very colorful. Kids love that!

Ow!! I have no idea how WAHMs do it either--I never have time to make what I want to or I can make my stuff or store stuff but not both.

Muslin might work... and it'd be cheap to try it. I shop at Wal-mart maybe once every 3 months when I need something non-food after midnight, or on Sunday. They are the cheapest for a reason, and everyone else suffers for it--but sometimes you gotta shop there

Technically AIOs are all one piece and diapers with a flap soaker are AI2s, but now people are mixing up the terms a lot and it's becoming the same thing. My AI3 has a flap doubler on the front as well as the soaker--trying to make a fleece diaper that holds as much as a fitted and dries fast. And now I'm going to stop spamming but feel free to check out my siggy or PM me if you want any more info

Sleep woes drive me bonkers.
AI2 is like an AIO with a snap-in or lay-in soaker rather then just sewn in...

I shop at Walmart...Kmart and Target are here too but the price hike BIG time

I thought Imse Vimse flats were muslin...and HTF...

I think I still win for kids the closest together

DS and DD1 are 1 yr 10 days apart
DD1 and DD2 are 1 yr and 9 days apart
DD2 and DD3 are 1 yr and about 9 mos apart and was supposed to be the last BUT DD3 and DD4 are 4 yrs and 8 mos apart

Well I got some stuff on my agenda done:
had to rewash diapers (must wear contacts when using the washing machine in the morning or late at night!)
went to Super Walmart to get stuff to make Mom's b-day dinner
picked up cake for Mom
fed kids pizza!
worked on Mom's homemade gift (hoping it will be finished in time)
mixed cheese and cooked ground beef for lasagna for Mom, thawing spinach
nursed baby and put her to bed

time for me to go to bed as well
