I did apple cider vinger and a bit of olive oil.... sooooo good! Thanks!

I made a salad for dinner.

romaine lettuce
roasted sliced almonds
dried sweetened cranberries
feta
chicken breast

I wish I had some cucumber to put in it, but I don't. I do have a whole bunch of salad dressings, though. What kind should i use... anything else I should put in the salad? TIA!

eta: DH should have been home 5 minutes ago and I want to feed him as soon as he walks in the door.

oil and vinegar (red wine or balsamic, preferably). subtle and simple.

Well no hurry anymore, DH came home with a headcold and no appetite, so this will be for the boys and I.

Assume I have every kind of dressing (almost true)
