Wow, I think your washer is big. That load is bigger than mine for sure!

Well my washer wasn't full, maybe 2/3 to 3/4, but it's a FLer so I try to leave lots of room so things can move around as there's so little water. I did add a kettle of water, so we'll see. Should be ready to go in the dryer in a bit, I'll close the utility room door so DH can't see me giving everything the once-over and sniff test before I put it in the washer.

We're probably off to bed soon too, DH didn't get to sleep last night and only slept about 3 hours total since he got home today.

All that means though is I will have to get off the computer and go sit in the bed and watch TV while I knit and he goes to sleep

Thats a lotta diapers Katie I usually fill mine up about 3/4 of the way full and then put it on a large load....so that way they have plenty of room to swish around in there and get clean lol.

Katie, I wanted to ask you, any ideas for jazzing up prefolds? I have 6 on the way and am afraid I'll find them boring after being used to colours and prints. I am somewhat of a craft/sewing dofus, so nothing too complicated please!

I really miss it sometimes, but I can't imagine nursing him at this age at all.
