Yes I just clicked on a link from a hush hush site.

I sent my friend a direct link this morning to a WAHM thread, not the main page of diaperswappers. She never visits this site and had no idea about the complaints of malware-- and she was having the same issues all of you are having.

I'm wondering why I'm not having a problem Is my Kaspersky catching it?? The computer tech that fixed our computer the last two viruses says that Kaspersky scans the site before you actually 'visit' it.

It tried taking me to a post but the page went white and a gray box popped up that I didn't read the whole thing. Just saw malware and clicked the x and got the heck outta there.

Re: MALWARE is back! virus just tried to download on my computer!!

I, too, am running Kaspersky Antivirus, the most up to date version - but it didn't catch mine. I'm running Chrome though, and I don't know if that is making a difference or not - Kaspersky still reports the appropriate number of connections even though I'm not using IE.

The actual hijack has only happened once today, at least so far.

Do you happen to be running Kaspersky Internet Security (a step above their Antivirus)?

I'm "glad" to see it is occurring the same way for everyone. I'm still trying to see if I can reproduce it.

Yeah, I just checked and we are running Kaspersky Internet Security. I'm telling you we spent like $400 fixing our computer these last couple of months and the same tech had to come out here twice to fix it. The first virus was so bad that we lost EVERYTHING! So the tech suggested that we buy this, we weren't too thrilled about the price, but beats having to get our computer fixed. Glad it seems to be working.

My friend who I sent the link to had Norton's. A few minutes after trying to visit the link I sent her her Norton's picked it up and was running a scan. Mine isn't even picking anything up though, I'm getting no warning of any kind...
