Looking For Organic Formula for an 8 Month Old Baby...

Hi all. I am looking for a resonably priced organic formula for my 8 month old. We've been using Enfamil Nutramigen for 7 months but now that he's older and is able to have MILK based products (ie, yogurt, cheese), I want to get him on a different formula. We delt with reflux until he was 6 months so the Nutramigen was best. We're in the process of going all (or mostly) organic in my house, at least for the baby (since it's not cheap)...

Thanks!

I must tell you that Parents Choice organic formula is great. My baby girl has had no problems sinc e being on it and she ahs been using it since she stopped breastfeeding around 5-1/2 months. It is the cheapest organic formula I have found ever.

It is about $20 for a big can of it! Big rave from me!!!

Same here! We still mostly breastfeed, but she gets a couple bottle of formula a week. This is what we use as well, and my daughter loves it!

I have a friend who makes formula herself for her 5 month old! I'm not sure exactly what goes into it but I think the base is goats milk (maybe organic?) Just a thought

Yeah we used Earth best too but you get a smaller can then the parents choice organic and the price is the same. You get 13.2oz for $20 but with parents choice you get 25.7oz for $20. Also the parents choice formula comes with the DHA and ARA and Earths Best doesn't. Overall our Ped and us thought parents choice was a better choice.

I wish our health food store would have sold parents choice i would have started here on that but all they sell is Earth's Best and my only other choice that they sell around me is similac organic.

I understand. Sometimes you do not have a choice in the matter and have to buy what is available. Similac Organic is outrageously priced!!
