Would it hurt PUL pockets

to soak in a washer overnight?? I started to turn mine on the other night and just let em soak overnight till I could put a few more dipes in and I was afraid it would ruin them. TIA

That is totally fine to do. I do it all of the time with my PUL and fleece pockets without any ill effects. I also do it with my inserts (hemp, microfiber, etc) with no probs at all. Go for it!

I wouldn't think it would hurt them at all. If they are poopy, you might want to do a double rinse when you do wash them if you don't already.

I usually cold rinse, hot wash warm rinse, cold rinse--DH HAS noticed a water bill increase

Shouldn't hurt them at all to do a soak! You can also run an entire cold wash, rather then just a cold rinse, this is what we do!!

I used to soak mine until a AIO retailer/friend told me it would break down the elastic quicker. I don't know how true this is, but I have choosen not to risk it. I still soak for an hour or two, which seems to be sufficient. Has anyone else heard this?

Some people still use a wet pail.... which is a pail full of water. I think it's fine.
