Where else to shop for baby gifts?

I use www.thethingsiwant.com to post all of DD's Christmas gift requests, which works nicely for family buying from afar.
Anyhoo, I've added some necessities from BRU, some toys/ride-ons from TRU, I've bought all the WAHM items I can think of, and some books from the bookstore, clothes from Babystyle (MIL buys extravagantly--might as well ask for all the clothes I can't afford) but where else? Got any suggestions?
Any toys/things you couldn't live w/o for your 1 y/o?

if you have some good spenders, i like www.thelandofnod.com they have a lot of neat old-fashioned toys. but it's pricey!

I am actually getting some activity mats from Costco, DD can crawl up and down ramps and climb over squares and stuff like that and I think she would get a huge kick out of them.
