First of all, what's their citing? Secondly, if that's true, what they don't tell you is that that 40% of paper has a higher turn over rate and doesn't take 10 million years to break down.

Also, that 2% effectively helps prevent the breakdown of the 40% organics.

Im not sure if people actually "believe" it as much as they just want to feel a little better. So they ok well it will decompose somewhat Most people who use disposables(that I know) have never even read the package, much less researched what they are putting into our enviroment
