buildup question

OK, so I washed the majority of my diapers with dawn a couple times to remove buildup. It seemed to work, at least the frito smell is gone when she pees. . . But since I wasn't sure it would work, and she has to wear something while the laundry is going, and some of our dipes don't get the same love as others. . . a few were "missed"

What is the consequence of washing one dipe with buildup in a load of otherwise "un-built-up" dipes?
