B vitamin...

Upon the suggestion of some mamas I started taking vitamins for the run down feeling I get around ovulation time and the painful nipples right before an during Aunt Flo's visit. Anyway, i've noticed EVERY TIME I take the B-complex - liquid form - i get the runs and a terrible stomach ache. Anyone else have this issue??

I also take B vitamins because of carpal tunnel due to a deficiency from breastfeeding. They don't bother my stomach, but they do make my stool looser. I am gluten intolerant and tend the other way, so it's been a blessing for me, but it is definitely a possible side effect!

You might want to find out which of the ingredients you have issues with, and/or go to your physician to get a better method of absorbing these important vitamins.

I'm naturally deficient due to my celiac disease and haven't any issues with the pill form. However, if I find I do, I will quickly go to the monthly shots.
