I have had three singleton pregnancies and two twin pregnancies. With my first twin pregnancy, I knew at about 4 weeks that it was twins but we did not officially confirm until 30+ weeks. One of my midwives was in denial, even though I was measuring bigger than ever and just chalked it up to 4th pregnancy. Honestly, fundal height alone is not an indicator. Nor are "severe" symptoms- every pregnancy is different. Just relax and enjoy and seek your intuition. Then get an u/s if you want confirmation.

I had no idea I was having twins myself - I had NO morning sickness, didn't seem to be getting big too fast, no movements etc I didn't know until I had an ultrasound.

I saw the midwife on Thursday and she said I was measuring slightly big and the early movement was a possible indicator. I've got an ultrasound scheduled for April 30 to know for sure!

Cross your fingers for double the blessings in our house!

I didn't have any symptoms with my twins. None at all. No morning sickness, nothing. I felt great! I was way sick with my dd. I puked up until I delivered her.

How exciting! You don't have too long to wait to find out.

I had super high hcg levels throughout the early weeks and lots of symptoms. I had heartburn for the first time in my life a few days before I even tested positive, and terrible m/s. I've never had a singleton pregnancy to compare it to, though.

My MS was longer and alot worse with DS (second pregnancy) than with my twins (third pregnancy). I never once suspected I was carrying twins up until that first u/s at 10 weeks.

I felt the first movement at 12 wks with my twins. It seemed very early to me.
