OMG! HOW does she KEEP GETTING AWAY W/THIS?!?!?!?

SHE DID IT AGAIN!!!!!!

I just got an email from Paypal stating that they are closing my dispute b/c Little*lambs (Jen) provided them with proof of shipment & reciept!!!

The # she gave them I am SURE is either:

#1 the package of 4 dipes I actually did recieve from her but earlier(the only one that I acutallu got & was actually right out of 6 seperate orders)

**OR**

#2 the empty envelope she mailed me that had a delivery confirmation # on it...but not my diapers...

They just closed the case!!! Didnt request info from me or anything! It said that the case has been closed and cant be reopened! I cant believe this! HOW/WHY do they let her con people over and over and over?!?!?!?! I am out soooooo much $$ b/c of her and theres is nothing I can do?!?!

Oh my goodness, I am so sorry to hear that! I hope you can think of something you can do....you can't send them an email checking to see if the code is the empty envelope?

You didn't happen to pay w/ a credit or debit card did you? You could dispute it with them.

Call someone..Dr.Phil, Jerry Springer..Ricki Lake..Just call someone.

Oh mama, I am sorry. Please contact the appropriate ppl in AZ and try to get some money back. You all could do a class action law suit i bet... That just sucks.

Oh no!!! I know this feeling.. only that it wasn't LL but a private person, but it was bad enough after nobody ever contacted me, eventhough i'd have proof of the dipe's condition and all..

this is just insane, man o man am i glad i didn't end up ordering from her (that was my ORIGINAL plan!)! my dh would've just been PISSED! there has gotta be something you could do though, and now that ebay isn't listening either, sue their sorry ummm butts (lol) too. i mean really, with all the complaints ebay gets about her do they honestly think that people are just picking on her, seriously. this is just ridiculous, yes take it to judge judy!!!!

If you live in another state from her, that is postal fraud, if you still have the original envelope, take it down to your post and see what they can do, postal fraud is a serious, federal crime and carries a hefty penalty. I would also contact Jen and tell her that you are going to press charges for postal fraud if she does not correct the problem IMMEDIATLY. She can rant and rave all she wants, but you don't mess with the USPS.

Well...I guess thats an idea...

I am wondering, shw has confirmation #'s... how on earth to I disprove them? Its not like I have anything to show the authorities to prove my side... The ONLY thing I can think of is pray that EVERYONE who has had the same problems with her complain to Ebay...

She has SEVERAL Ebay violations (even other than what conning people out of their $$) for instance the FB she leaves, whether + or - is FULL of advertisements which is against Ebay rules, & most of hers are even for her NON Ebay site!
Anyway... I have been on Ebay for years, and had just bought a whole bunch of stuff a few months ago to open an Ebay Store, but now, I think I am just done with Ebay... and what am I supposed to do w/ all theses boxes of stuff? Who knows, that was going to be our income but I dont want to end up conned by Ebay anymore...
