IMHumbleO, I think you're going to stress over this much more than either of your DDs. Kids are great for bouncing back a lot faster than we give them credit for. Plus, they've learned some great coping skills and they aren't going to forget them.
I agree with the pps about finding out about private lessons. If that's not an option, ask the girls if they'd like to learn another style or branch out into something else-dance, sports, music, chess, ect.

I wish that it would be as easy just switching them to a different school. My kids joined within a month of the school opening and they have really bonded with the instructors and other students. The kids all spend so much time there that they are like a big family. Only a few are from our town, so the kids will not see a lot of them anymore. My oldest is incredibly upset.
