Soft comfy fleece or microsuede sits against babies skin with a hidden layer of PUL for 'water' resistant goodness and then the cotton print on the outside. There are also laundry tabs to keep the aplix from sticking to other things. All diapers come with size tags inside. There is also elastic in the back for that extra stretch.
