Well I think I'm going to make cottage potatoes. Very yummy, but not too heart healthy. Oh well. I mentioned it to MIL and she seemed excited about it and she's the one with the heart problems. (ooops).

I have an oval baking dish so I'd like to make a dessert and decorate it like an easter egg. Most likely not a cake as sil wants to make a cross cake.

Ours is so boring!!
It's just hubby and I, so I'm going to do a ham, (probably in the crock? never tried it yet.) green beans, and homemade rolls. Maybe I'll do some mashed potatoes too. We'll have leftover b-day cake for dessert, since his b-day is saturday.
