Help me with meals for DH PLEAse!!

I'm going away for a week and DH will be home alone and if I don't plan meals for him he'll either eat pb&j and cereal all week, or eat out....which I DON'T want him to do! He works really long hours and he won't take the time to make a real dinner every night.

I don't have a lot of time to prepare things in advance so any ideas would be much appreciated! We eat poultry...chicken and ground turkey. He likes pasta and rice.

Thanks if you can help me!

Mini lasagnas?
Meatloaf?
Chili?
Chicken and rice?
Grilled chicken, however you guys like it?
I find those are all things that reheat well, if not taste even better as leftovers. HTH!

Maybe you could make mini pot pies and freeze them? I second the chili idea. Ours always tastes better the next day. You could also use the chili as a dinner by itself one night and over potatoes the next.
