Monday: lasagna (using crumbled turkey, jarred pasta sauce, parm cheese, mozz cheese, and cottage cheese,) corn, and cracked wheat rolls

As for the other days, we don't have a set day for a set meal, but our options are:

chili
baked potatoes with the leftover chili
turkey
turkey and wild rice soup using the leftover turkey carcass
italian chicken pasta skillet
chicken fajitas and spanish rice
chicken with wild mushroom and balsamic cream sauce over orzo
chicken cashew over rice
Throw in various fresh veggies and fruits, a few side dishes, such as mashed potatoes, noodles, rolls etc., and that's our week or so.

I'm terrible at planning. But right now, it looks something like this:

Tonight: Cheese and Herb Stuffed Focaccia

Tomorrow: breakfast for dinner: pancakes or waffles, bacon, and scrambled eggs

Thursday: pasta with alfredo sauce, broccoli

Friday: Quiche Lorraine

Saturday: if I'm feeling motivated, I have a brown sugar ham that I'll make with refrigerator mashed potatoes and veg
