I thought parcel was $20+ too...

Check the package when it gets to you.

Another thing - never ever let a mama send you something by ups or fedex... they charge you custom brokage fees on every package and just their price is $30 plus whatever it cost for the item!!

I think that first class shipping has a size limit. So if what you're ordering can't squeeze into the box then the parcel is the next cheapest route.

Has anyone ever gotten a certificate of mailing? A momma just offered it to me (for free) but you can get it with first class for $1.70 and it's a mailing receipt so at least you know that it was shipped.

Anything under 4 lbs. can be sent first class international...anything over 4 lbs HAS to go Priority Mail. It's quite a price difference. So, as long as things are light, they are cheap to ship, but prefolds and lots of heavy dipes are pretty pricey.

You can always go to www.usps.com to calculate what someone should pay based on weight.
