Yes, it would work fine. I think a 10 or 11 needle would probably be fine. I started a linen stitch project (which I'm going to frog because I want to make something for ME with the yarn) on 11s, and the drape is nice.

Morning,have any of you tried to use Malibrigo for longies?And have notice it grows after you wash it?
I made my first longies the other day but after i had wash it the rise is much larger then before,like 5-6 cm or so!

I've done some hats in malabrigo and didn't notice a big sizing difference after washing.
