I have found peace and strength but getting to that point was dark and painful.

He's always been on board his issue is "timing" is the timing right for us right now? or later? In 2009 he was totally right while it appeared to be a good fit he knew his company was on shaky grounds so he ruled it out and he was right. Now, we are expecting our 3rd so he thinks we should wait until we have a routine in the family once the new addition arrives.

Yup I agree. I also don't want to force someone into something they don't want. He says he wants to do it so I'll just wait him out. Hopefully he realizes that much like having children 'timing' is whatever you make of it.
