Ok so years ago I mean years. We went to my mom's work party. And this person made this veggie pizza with bobboli pizza crust. they said they made it with mayo and cream cheese or sour cream the sauce not sure cant remember. and they put fresh veggies cucumbers tomatoes etc.

does anyone have a recipe for this. or something similar it was awesome thanks in advance ( sorry if this isnt in the right spot )

sounds likt eh pampered chef recipe.
They use cooked, cooled pilsbury crescent dough, but I make my own pizza dough and cool it.
Mix 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese with 2 tbs of mayo and some seasoning of your choice (dill would be nice - I use Epicure herb&garlic dip mix)
spread that on the crust.
Chop veggies of your choice (raw) tomatoes, broccoli, peppers etc. sprinkle em on and add 1/2 shredded cheddar.
Slice and serve.

You could use alfredo sauce or just olive oil as well.

My fav veggie pizza is either fried eggplant, or zucchini, sun dried tomato, and black olives! YUM!

oh jekky that does sound like it .

i do love alfredo sauce with veggies too they make a nice one.

but i think jekky hit the nail on the head I SOOOOOOOOOOOO LOVE THAT RECIPE UMM YUMMY!

That's how we do it! Plus onions, olives and shredded carrots!!

this one is cooked but it is so good.
mom used to take phyllo dough and put butter or garlic butter on it
then she put sun dried or thinly sliced fresh tomatoes
parmesan or asiago cheese--fresh
you could top it after or before cooking with fresh oregano, maybe basil.

it was delicious!
