Pork Shoulder Strips

I have a bunch of Pork Shoulder Strips. I have no idea what to do with them. Anyone have a good recipe?

Thanks,
Kelly

Re: Pork Shoulder Strips

Pork shoulder is a good dark moist cut, we like them better than chops. They don't dry out as fast so you can grill the thinner shoulder cuts, but they hold up really well in the crock pot or dutch oven too. My favorite way is to cook with a few basic seasonings in the crock pot without any extra liquid so that it roasts and gets brown on the edges, then a couple hours before dinner, pour bbq sauce over it and let it simmer til it's completely tender.
