my ds is starting K this fall so we went to the school today to get registered and the nurse mentioned that i should double check his shot records because they're requiring more vaccines now. i don't know this for sure because this is my first time having a kid in public school, but i just thought i'd throw it out there. she mentioned that they require two each of MMR, Chicken Pox and Hep A specifically, but here's the link to the entire document

I think that is normal. I know when my ds started kindergarten they required the same thing. We were in California at the time and it was two years ago.

This year the rwquirementbis an additional hep a and an additional varicella. (pretty sure)
We just registered DD for kindergarten last week.

i WILL homeschool my kids now; GOD forbid we actually let our kids get the chickenpox; because everyone dies from that!

sorry i over that now-well at least here; now to go vent to dh.
