I just checked out their website and found a few places around here that sell Ener-G. It turns out one of my favorite stores sells it. I don't know why I didn't even think to check there. Duh! Thanks so much!

you can also use ground flax seed mixed with water. ive used it when i was out of eggs and didnt realize until partway through a recipe, lol. the ratio of flax to water is on the box of flax seed

I dug out my out of print uprisings cookbook, here are their suggestions (per egg):
1 Tbl tahini plus 3 Tbl liquid or 1 Tbl garbanzo flour plus 1 Tbl oil or 1 Tbl lecithin granules plus 3 Tbl liquid or 1 Tbl arrowroot powder plus 3 Tbl liquid or 4 Tbl of: 1 part flaxseed plus 3 parts water, blended smooth or 3 Tbl liquid plus 1 Tbl blend of: 2 parts arrowroot, 1 part tapioca flour, 1 part slippery elm or 2 egg whites |

You can substitute 1/4 c applesauce or 1/2 a banana instead of eggs. Banana has a really strong taste, but the applesauce is really mild.
