My daughter dove on her brother at about 24 weeks and my son really got me good around 30 weeks. Both of my babies were fine! The amniotic fluid protects the baby--you just get the worst of it!

My DD plops down on my stomach and elbow jabs me almost daily! I'm sure you are fine, but call your OB if you are worried at all. You don't want the worry stressing you at all!
