Re: Appetizers

I just made some yummies the other day!!

1 pkg of crescent rolls
1 small can of chopped green chilis (or jalenpenos if you like)
4oz cream cheese
2Tbsp chopped cilantro
2Tbsp chopped green onions

Roll out the dough in rectangles (instead of seperating them into triangles and pinch together the seams. Place filling lengthwise on dough and roll from the bottom up. Slice into 1/2" circles placing flat on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 mins (or until desired color is reached) on 350* and viola! My kids even liked these!!

1 small jar of cocktail sauce
1 box of triscuits

Unwrap cream cheese and stick on small serving tray, cover with cocktail sauce and dump the crab on top. Done! Delicious! I know it sounds gross and is a tad unsophisticated, but will be the top pleaser at the party. Enjoy
We do this too but we spread the cream cheese all over a plate cover it with the cocktail sauce then top w/ the shredded crab meat. Then use a knife to spread it on crackers.
This way you get some of everything and no one swipes a whole mound of the crab meat

Re: Appetizers

Buffalo Wing Dip is absolutely addictive!

2 8oz blocks cream cheese, softened
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup franks hot sauce
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup sharp chedder cheese

Mix the cream cheese, ranch and hot sauce in a bowl, until thoroughly mixed, add the chicken and mix again. Pour into 9X13 pan, spread smooth, top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 min or until cheese melts. I prefer to stir it before stirring, but you don't have to. Serve with tostito or frito scoops.

That's a great idea... though the person swiping the mound of crab is usually me *hang head in shame*
