anyone have a child with high muscle tone at 3.5 months old

Just a little background i have CP from being born at 26 wks gestation. my oldest daughter had high muscle tone for a little bit and speech delayed. my youngest daughter was fine. my son 3.5 months old is stiff he wont even let you bicycle his legs or clap his hands. usually has clenched fists when you are holding him. he has been gassy in the past but has learned to pass that gas through both ends all day long. he breastfeeds every 2 hrs. I am going to call EI on monday but that could take at least a month for them to get to see him for a eval. so any advice or support would be great like even what to do to maybe help him.

My DS is 2 months today and has very high tone. I cant put him in a sitting position without stretching him for at least 10 mins. His hands are always clenched, and I cant put his arms abover his shoulders.
We have an early intervention team coming to see him next week so we'll see what they say.

We fostered a preemie that could raise his head and chest with straight elbow at less than three months. He was so stiff you could Superman hold him like flying. and he could maintain it forever. EI got to us real fast and started services. Today is 8 and extremely severe.. EI can get amazing things done to help these babies with mamas help. While we had him we did therapy several hours am and pm and used supporting devises that kept him from locking up. But the foster agency placed him with a grandma that loves him but has no isea. She stuck him in a walker NO NO and there he stayed for hours on end until all hope of movement was lost. He was the sweetest little guy. We continued to visit with him for a couple of years but it just breaks my heart to see where he ended up.
