Used bottles

I have a few Dr Brown's 4oz bottles that we're not using since LO is eating more than that now.

I don't just want to throw them away. Do you know if anyone will take them used without the nipples?

I could just recycle them too.

Re: Used bottles

I'm late to the topic, but I would totally buy used ones. I looked at a consignment shop for these bottles since my DS came home from the hospital on the Dr. Brown's. I was using my Avent bottles from my DD#3 for DD#4 but she didn't like the nipple shape. I ended up buying Dr. Brown's for both of them. We now have 7 4oz and 10 8oz bottles. They are quite expensive! I bought some at Walmart and they were $2 cheaper (for a 3pk) but still. Used would be great!

Just a question...why not use used nipples? If they're silicone, you can sanitize them, right? I actually use Medela microwave steamer bags to sterilize most of my bottle parts every night...

Re: Used bottles

I agree- Freecycle, Kijiji or Craigslist them. We have a maternity home for teen moms in my area that also takes gently used baby items for the babies there.
