I posted a couple days ago about my new FB OS leaking through the PUL. After contacting Jillian's Drawers and getting the response that "it's normal," I contacted FB directly. I got an immediate call back from a lady named Kathy, and she confirmed that they had had a malfunction that was causing a small batch of the OS dipes to leak through the PUL. She is replacing my OS dipe with several sized ones. I was fed up with the diaper and pretty much figuring I would not be purchasing any more FB (it was my trial one), but with such good customer service, I may change my mind if the sized ones work out. Hooray for great customer service!

That's awesome! I think that great customer service sometimes trumps quality issues. I get the same good treatment from Cotton Babies and BumGenius. That's why I've stuck with them ever since the beginning! Good for you for calling FB directly!
