That's cute mama! The adorable boy with 2 babies in the carrier LOL!!!
My ds is 1st born and didnt have dolls till his sister came (he was 2 1/2) but he plays with animal babies the same as dolls and treats them like little bros or sisters- it's so cute! He's also VERY boy though- so not worried at all

I voted other. My DS has some dolls around the house but he has absolutely no interest in them. However, when we're at the store and he sees toy cars, forget it. He's all over them in a jiffy. We haven't raised him to think dolls are for girls and cars are for boys either. When he was little, he wore pink and purple and sometimes shirts and pants that used to belong to a female family member.

Of course my DS is allowed to play with dolls. He also plays dress up, wears nail polish, wears pinks/purples and anything else "girly" he wants to do/wear.

I don't have a DS but if I did he would be more than welcome to play with a doll! He would probably be required since I have 2 DD's

Re: Do you let your DS play with baby dolls?

My son plays with a stuffed Mowgli doll (from The Jungle Book). Sometimes he's a typical boy with it and turns it into "the Mowgli gun" and sometimes he's all nurture and makes sure Mowgli gets a good dinner and tucked in at bedtime complete with kisses from Mom and Dad. Whatever makes him happy!
