Re: How much does your 4 month old weigh?

I can't be positive... I think he is about 17lb-ish. He was 9lb 12oz at birth. He eats 5oz-ish every 2 - 2.5 hours during the day (nursing).

Re: How much does your 4 month old weigh?

My daughter weighed 16lbs at 4 mos...I cant remember my son's exact weight without looking it up but he was about 14-15 lbs at 4 mos (definitely less than DD)

I agree though with the fact that every baby is different. My son is small for his age but doing very well developmentally so I'm not worried about it.

Re: How much does your 4 month old weigh?

my chunka love is 20 pounds and will be 4mo on the 6th, but he's huge so yeaj I can't even wrap my brain around peeople who had 13 or 14 pound 1 yr olds. My son was bigger than that at like less than 2 months Just goes to show how different kids can be.. but if milestines are being nade, baby is healthy and happy rock on, and enjoy the rest it gives your arms.

Re: How much does your 4 month old weigh?

My first is a big boy - he was 18lb 4oz at 4 months and is now 38-40lbs at almost 3yo (but was 7lb 11.7oz at birth). My 2nd was somewhere around 10-12 lbs around 4mo...he's just a smaller guy than my first (7lb 3.2oz at birth). He's still smaller. He's 16 months and 12mo pants just fall off of him. 18m shirts though, go figure.

Re: How much does your 4 month old weigh?

Well, I found older dd's baby book and at 3 1/2 months she was nearly 12lbs so they are about the same. older dd was petite until about 3 then she shot up and out in growth, now at 4 years old she's in a 6/6X and weighing 49lbs. I guess she'll just be like her big sister.

Re: How much does your 4 month old weigh?

I weighed 4 mo dd today on the scale (with me holding her) and did the math she is at least 15 pounds. i think she is alot more though , b/c she was nearly 12 pounds at her 2 month visit, that isn't a very accurate way to weigh a baby obviously...and she is HUGE wearing size 6-12 months...

your dd looks perfectly deliciously fine to me, and frankly i'm a little jealous. My kid was born and it was like 5 MINUTES LATER she looked like she was 6 months old!!

I had that precious teeny muchkin thing for such a short time!!!

Re: How much does your 4 month old weigh?

I'd say she's just a small(er), petite baby girl. Both of my kids were big (almost 9lbs when born @21.5") and DD was a really chunky baby and DS was ~ 'average', though always a tad taller. I can't remember his exact weight @4 months, but I'd like to say DD for sure 20 lbs and DS ~18lbs.
