PPAF (1st one)
Was it like a normal AF? (Before you were preggo?)
I have been cramping on and off few a few days now. I spotted a teensy tinsy bit a couple days ago. Still no full blown AF. So did yours come back like an old AF or did it seem like it took your body a little while to kick back into gear? DD is 7 1/2 mths and I haven't seen AF since Aug 05. Thanks!

Re: PPAF (1st one)
Mine was normal, but I know for many women it isn't.

Re: PPAF (1st one)
Mine took a while to return to normal. My first month it was super light. Then I skipped a month, then the third month was super heavy. It's been more or less normal since then.
