Read Receipt?

CAn someone explain to me how to use the read receipt option. How can I tell if someone has read the message I sent them? I see the symbols in my inbox to show if they've been read, etc. but there are no symbols on any of the messages I've sent. I think I'm confused.

Thanks for your help

Re: Read Receipt?

When you go into your PM box, up at the top, a line or two underneath your "status" bar that says how full your box is, there'll be a line that says something like this:

Quote:
You have 3315 confirmed and 323 unconfirmed private message receipts.
(yeah... my read receipts are a little full, lol). That text is a link, and if you click on it, it will take you to your read receipts page. All the PMs that you've sent w/ a receipt will be listed in there, with the read-by-recipient listed first. It'll have the subject of the PM, the date/time you sent it, and the date/time that your recipient read it.

HTH,
Andrea
