Why don't some of the registered users show the last activity time? I can inderstand about moderators not showing but sometimes registered users dont' show either. Just wondering! Thanks

It means they have their acct set to "hiding" which means other members dont know when they are online and when they arent.
Its just a privacy preference some people prefer.
