Our email has issues. I keep getting calls from furious (yelling) people who think I'm ignoring them and I've never seen an email from them. I want to help - we always help.

Could you please call us and we'll get you set up with tab fix kits? 888-332-2243.

Thanks,

Jenn

Jenn - quick question - what if we don't own a sewing machine. Could the tab repair kit be done by hand?

You could try to do it by hand but it wouldn't be very easy to do. There are too many layers to handstitch through easily. You really need a basic sewing machine - or a friend with a sewing machine.

sorry but since youre here jenn,
I think you mentioned putting some 2.0 up for sale after the end of the year clearance last week. I am patiently waiting, I really want to buy some first quality and seconds if you have them, and I dont wanna wait much longer but I really want to get them on sale. so when will the sale start?

I think it kinda sucks that you all are having problems with them again. I thought that was fixed?

Any 2.0 that will be going on sale are seconds. Issues will vary by diaper.

We've been swamped getting orders out from the New Year and dealing with year-end inventory. Everybody here is exhausted - the last thing I want to do is throw another sale on seconds at them this week.

I'm aiming towards Thursday of next week.

I'm so silly frustrated. This problem has been FIXED for a long time now and should NOT be happening.

Rebecca, please call us tomorrow. Please don't email - I'm really worried that emails aren't getting through our spam filter.

Thanks,

Jenn
My laundry tab squares look like they were sewn too close to the edge and the little square was pulled from the stiching, does this make sense?
