I totally agree, WTG momma for working so hard to nurse your baby, he is SOOO lucky!!

I also agree that I'd TRY the reflux meds. I swear it sounds just like my dd1 I also have a VERY fast letdown which seemed to not help matters at all and can cause belly aches and throwing up (projectile!) Are you NOT nursing him when you give him the syringe (btw that's awesome too, I had to do that with number one as well to help with the letdown stages) If you're not MAYBE it is the overactive letdown causing a lot of the problems, even if you're pumping before nursing him that would get most of the foremilk out and would also help.

You should be SOO proud of yourself, either way even if you need the formula, I think it's AWESOME how much you've worked to get to nurse him!! WTG momma!!
