Please help beginning sewer with easy felt foods!

I am a new SAHM who has just gotten her first sewing machine and my main project is making felt food for my little ones play kitchen. So far I have handsewn and used the sewing machine to make strawberries, a pizza slice, carrots, cookies, watermelon slice and a fish. They are VERY simplistic and laughable to anyone with sewing experience but my 4, 2 and 1 year olds couldn't be more thrilled. Please help me come up with more ideas for the "kitchen" that is pretty easy to make? Also, how do you sew circle items like cookies on a sewing machine. I can't get it to go in a nice circle so it looks ridiculous. Please try not laugh (I am proud of my simplistic and embarassing start) but here is a pic of what I have made for them so far.

You could sew the circles inside out & turn them right. Great stuff, mama! Eggs & pancakes are pretty easy to do, too.

I think you are doing a great job! Kids don't need them to be "perfect" in order to be fun to play with. I think its better if a few things are left to the imagination, anyway! At lease thats what I'm telling myself as I get ready to start making a set of felt food for my LOs!! I like your felt food a lot!
