Can I see playroom pics?? I need some inspiration!!!

You are talking about the ones from Ikea, right? We almost went with one, but I was afraid of that too. That's why we decided to go with the Trofast system. Those blue bins are surprisingly HUGE (a lot of the toys that we have on the top could fit in them, but we just have way too many toys!) Plus, I like that you don't have to see everything. Nice and covered up!

Cabinets all along one wall for hidden storage and extra seating for adults.



The playroom is where I have my desk set up as well making it easier to work and play at the same time. Well, that's the goal anyways.

Thank you. I made the cabinet benches myself my using unfinished over the stove cabinets from lowes and some solid boards for the top. I added some trim along the edge to give it a finished look and painted everything white.

And yes...LOVE my red desk...it was a great craigslist find and was already painted red. Can't beat that.

You are putting ideas in my head... ...seriously it looks fantastic. That's exactly what we need here, and we don't even need the cushions. They could play with the toys on the bench surface.

Brilliant! I am so going to do that in our new toy room (currently under design).
