My potatoes are starting to sprout- are they still okay to use?

As long as they're not... wrinkly (I've had a bad experience), you should be good.

Just cut off the plant, and cook them right up!

Thanks, I've usually used them before, but with now feeding my precious little one, I am a little more particular about what is good and what is not!
