yarn quantities for longies??

Is one 4oz skein of main color and 1 2oz skein of trim enough for longies for these measurements:

waist: 17
hips 21
rise 17
inseam 8 1/2

That should be enough as long as it isn't bulky yarn I would think, but it really depends on yarn type.
