I'd heard of that...but I thought there was also non-rayon bamboo...maybe I'm wrong. Or maybe it's just non-poly-blend bamboo.
It's interesting because I saw something today labeled "bamboo rayon" as the fabric that was used...I hadn't seen that term before, though Karen of GreenMountainDiapers has something on her site about how bamboo is rayon and thereby not as natural as a cotton diaper. |

I knew this, but I still use bamboo because its ridiculously more absorbent than the cotton I was using before. I kinda figure the sustainability of bamboo offsets the processing junk (as far as green-ness goes, when comparing to the non-sustainability of cotton).

Ack, I just bought a crapload of bamboo fabrics! Well, hopefully they will at least last and be absorbent as amy says!
