Mint help needed

My neighbor gave me a bunch of fresh mint. I love the smell of mint, but don't use it much with food/drink. What can I do with it - cooking or otherwise???

I put it in smoothies a lot. Mango + vanilla yogurt + Honey + Mint = yum

Well when I'm not pregnant or nursing, I like it in mojitos.

I also like it in fruit salad and smoothies. I see a lot of people cook with it and lamb but we don't eat lamb so I have never tried that.

You could make homemade mint chip ice cream.

It's nice in a cucumber-yogurt sauce. It's a nice addition to lemonade. If you cut it up, it can be nice in a fruit or a lettuce salad. Dried mint makes a nice cup of hot tea.

Are you willing to try foods from other cultures? In the SE Asian culture, we usually eat them raw with meat/fish and dipped in a sauce. It is delicious!
