Grilled Chicken Tenderloins, broccoli/cauliflower mix w/cheese sauce, biscuits and butterscotch banana pudding for dessert.

BBQ Roast in the crock pot and steamed brocolli--loved it because it took like 2 minutes to prep the meat and 4 to steam the brocolli--easy peasy!

I made Kathy's Delicious Whole Slow Cooker Chicken tonight for the first time. (I left out the sesame oil and the balsamic vinegar.) It was VERY GOOD! We had bread and honey carrots with it.

I experimented with making chicken Parmesan at home without frozen chicken patties. Oh Em Gee it was awesome!! So we had chicken parm, whole wheat spaghetti, and caesar salad (homemade dressing).
