Something w/ground turkey. Not sure yet Maybe just some meat balls and veggies as we don't do carbs (like potatoes, pasta etc) in the evening.

Well tonight is Celeste's yoga night so its up to dh to make dinner which will probably be nachos (chips, cheese, sauce, and *maybe* a can of chicken) or tortillas (same thing, minus the chips, plus the tortilla)

or, those frozen veggie spring rolls we got from costco.


If it were me, I would probably do bbq chicken pizzas, chili, lasagnia (though no ingredients, would have to run out) or some sort of salad deal.
